4. Delivery
Physical books
Physical books will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout using the delivery method selected. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Physical books
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving a physical book.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at timmatcham61@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Books must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
