This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through www.timmatcham.com.
Physical Books
If you purchase a physical book from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us by email at timmatcham61@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and reason for return.
Returning your item
- Books must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked postal service
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned book.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at timmatcham61@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage where applicable.
